Services
Al Sawy provides waterproofing and insulation services according to specifications agreed upon in the work contract:
- Roof waterproofing and thermal insulation
- Transparent wall insulation
- Fiber glass mesh insulation
- Bathroom and kitchen waterproofing
- Basement and shinko waterproofing
Warranty
We offer warranties on all our work ranging from 5 to 15 years depending on the service and materials used:
- 10-year warranty for waterproofing
- 5-year warranty for thermal insulation
- 15-year warranty for certified materials
Payments
Payment terms:
- 30% down payment upon work commencement
- 40% payment during execution
- 30% final payment upon delivery
Liability
The company is not liable for:
- Any damage resulting from misuse
- Failure to follow maintenance instructions
- Customer payment delays
- Force majeure events
Cancellation and Modification
Services can be cancelled or modified with mutual consent, considering incurred costs.
Geographic Scope
Our services are available across all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with focus on Mansoura and the Delta region.
